That gap has a name. I call it your Expansion Gap, and it widens every time your business grows.
Founder Calibration Lab is where it closes.
The founding cohort begins in January 2027. A maximum of 10 founders.
You want to make more from your business without giving it more of you.
If any of these is yours, it isn’t because you haven’t done the work.
“The business has grown, and so has the amount of me it takes.”
“I hired the team, and everything still comes back to me.”
“I know my prices are too low. I just haven’t changed them.”
“I delegate it, and then I end up redoing it myself.”
“Even on holiday, I check in every day.”
“Revenue is up. I’m just not keeping any more of it.”
Here’s why nothing has changed it
The client you know you should let go. The senior hire you keep putting off.
Most of those decisions still run on rules from when your business had to survive.
The best strategy in the world won’t help if the decision it needs from you still feels too risky to make.
The Expansion Gap
Your Expansion Gap is the distance between the business you have now and the one you’re building, measured against the week you actually want to work. Closing it the way you work now would take far more hours than you have.
It widens as you grow. Every new client and every new hire runs through the same old rules, which is why each level of growth has asked more of you than the one before.
A lot of it is already sitting in your business, in decisions you haven’t made yet. In Founder Calibration Lab we work out your Expansion Gap in the first week, and again at the end, so you can see how far it moved.

Introducing
A 10-week program that resets the decisions you’ve been making so the next level doesn’t cost you more of yourself.
We work on the real-life decisions, not on more strategy.
No new funnel, no new framework, no list to implement when it’s over. Your strategy stays exactly as it is.
One at a time, inside your actual business, while we work on whatever has been keeping each one in place.
We work out your Expansion Gap at the start and again at the end, so you can see how far it moved in dollars and hours, not just how you feel.
Because it comes from decisions you’ve actually made, not from something you’ve learned, it doesn’t fade when the 10 weeks end.
Day to day
The same moments that used to pull you back in, handled differently.
On a sales call
In survival mode
They pause at the price, and you offer a discount before they’ve said a word.
Calibrated
They pause, you let the pause sit, and the conversation carries on at your price.
With your team
In survival mode
Someone asks a question you’ve answered before. You answer it again, then check their work anyway.
Calibrated
You ask what they’d do, and you let them do it.
With a demanding client
In survival mode
They ask for one more thing, and you say yes before you’ve thought about it.
Calibrated
You tell them what’s included, and what it costs to add more.
On holiday
In survival mode
You tell everyone you’re offline, then check messages every morning just in case.
Calibrated
You’re actually offline, and the business is still there when you get back.
When revenue dips
In survival mode
You discount and say yes to anyone who’s interested.
Calibrated
You hold your price and look at what’s actually changed before you act.
How it works
Raise your price and clients will leave. Hand it over and it will go wrong.
You’ve never tested those predictions, because the decisions they protect felt too risky to make.
So we test them, inside your real business, one decision at a time.
Weeks 1 to 3
Week 1 · Private session with me
We map where the business still needs too much of you and choose the decisions we’ll focus on.
Week 2
Find the survival rules behind those decisions, and the habits that keep them in place.
Week 3
Learn to notice the moment stepping back feels risky, and how to settle it before you decide.
Weeks 4 to 7
Week 4
Design your first experiment. One rule, one small test, run in your business for 48 hours to a week.
Week 5
Look at what actually happened, and what it tells you about the rule.
Week 6
A second experiment, this time on a decision that affects your revenue.
Week 7
Step out of one loop your team keeps you in, and see what they do with the space.
Weeks 8 to 10
Week 8
Remove the extra calls and scope creep you added to feel safe.
Week 9
Make the growth decision you’ve been putting off, whether that’s a price, an offer, a client or a hire.
Week 10 · Private session with me
We look at what’s changed and plan the experiments you’ll run on your own.
When the fear turns out to be right
Sometimes it is. A client does push back. The draft did need more work. That isn’t failure. It tells you whether the rule needs updating or something in the business needs fixing, and the next experiment starts there.
What’s included

What changes
“[What was happening, what she changed, and what’s different now. For example: I’d been sitting on a price increase for a year. I finally raised it, and nobody left.]”
“[A second client story. A handover she made, or time she took off without anyone waiting on her.]”
“[A third client story.]”
“[A fourth client story. Ideally from someone who was sceptical at the start.]”
Who is Sandra Chuma
The founder years
I’ve been a founder since 2006, and I’ve built businesses that grew to multiple eight figures in revenue.
The pattern
For most of those years I consulted for companies that had bought the best software money could buy. When a project failed, it was rarely the software. The company was still running the old way underneath it.
I see exactly the same thing in founders. Your strategy is the software. You’re the system it has to run on.
The cost
I had one gear, and it was “on”. I burned out twice. I remember the day my business hit eight figures. I thought it would be the happiest day of my life. Instead, I found myself sobbing on my bathroom floor. On paper, I had everything I’d always wanted. In reality, I was the unhealthiest I’d ever been, and my marriage was hanging on by a thread. I had to learn, slowly, to run a business that didn’t need every hour I had.
The short way
I took the long way, through years of work on myself and the modalities I studied along the way. I’m now working towards a PhD in applied psychology. Founder Calibration Lab is the short way.
The investment
If staying where you are costs your business $150,000 a year, that’s about $5,800 every two weeks. Founder Calibration Lab is $4,800.

Backed by a full-refund guarantee
Applications close on [date], or when 10 founders have joined. Every application includes a short call to make sure it’s the right fit. If this cohort fills, you’ll be first on the waitlist for the next one.
The guarantee
Come to at least 8 of the 10 live sessions and both private sessions with me, and run each experiment we design together. If you’ve done that and you don’t feel it has changed the way you run your business, tell me within 14 days of our final session and I’ll refund you in full.
This is for you if
It isn’t for you if
Business coaching changes the strategy. This changes the person running it. Keep your coach and your mastermind. Founder Calibration Lab is what lets the strategy you already have start working.
No. We look at where a pattern came from only as far as we need to, so you can change the decision it drives. The work happens in your business, in decisions you make that week. If something needs a therapist, I’ll tell you.
[X] hours: one live session of [X] minutes and the experiment you’re running. Most experiments are something you stop doing, so the time they take is time you get back.
Most founders say that while the business is busy, and it’s usually busy because of the decisions we work on. We’ll talk about timing honestly on your call.
Sometimes a test shows the fear was right. That’s useful, and the next experiment is built from it. And if you do the work and it still hasn’t changed how you make decisions in your business, the guarantee covers you.
